Day 1: Evening Departure – The Journey Begins

Kampala to Nairobi (Overnight Road Transfer)

We depart Kampala at 5:00 PM for an overnight executive road transfer to Nairobi.

During the journey, participants are grouped into small discussion clusters to introduce themselves, share what they do, and state what they hope to gain from the trip. This ensures the experience begins with intentional networking rather than casual travel.

Arrival in Nairobi is expected at approximately 8:00 AM.

Day 2: Nairobi – Economic Exposure & National Perspective

Upon arrival, we check into the hotel, freshen up, and have breakfast.

We then head to the iconic Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) Helipad for a panoramic skyline view.

From this vantage point, participants observe infrastructure development, commercial hubs, transport systems, and urban expansion. This session focuses on how cities position themselves as regional business capitals and what lessons young entrepreneurs can borrow.

In the afternoon, we visit the Nairobi National Museum for structured insight into Kenya’s political history, industrialization journey, governance structure, and economic transformation. The goal is to connect history with economic growth and leadership development.

Evening return to the hotel for relaxation, dinner, and guided reflection conversations.

Day 3: Urban Sustainability & Lifestyle Economy

After breakfast, we visit Karura Forest for a guided nature walk to Karura Falls.

This experience demonstrates how modern cities integrate conservation, recreation, and environmental sustainability into urban planning. It also provides time for reflection and informal networking in a relaxed environment.

Later, we head to Two Rivers Mall for an immersive look at the retail and lifestyle economy. At Funscapes, participants engage in bowling, arcade games, and interactive entertainment — observing firsthand how leisure and commerce intersect in modern urban economies.

In the evening, we host a structured Business Roundtable Dinner. Each participant shares:

  • One key lesson from Nairobi

  • One opportunity they have identified

  • One collaboration they are open to exploring

This ensures the trip ends with clarity, not just excitement.

Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Return to Kampala – Reintegration

After breakfast, we begin our return transfer to Kampala.

Arrival marks the end of the journey — but the beginning of new ideas, partnerships, and execution plans sparked by exposure.
